Just this month Rutgers University Department of Exercise Science & Sport Studies released the long awaited study about the effects of an athlete utilizing the Pure Power Mouthguard(PPM).
The study has reinforced the how effective the PPM can be in improving performance of one's individual athletic endeavors. The result demonstrated that with utilization of the PPM, vertical jumping is increased on average of 1.8 inches! Peak Power output and performance in explosive, short duration is enhanced!
