Is Your Toothpaste Safe?

There has been quite a bit of news recently about toothpaste of all things: with good reason. Sadly China had been importing toothpaste that contain a poisonous chemical Diethylene Glyco(DEG). DEG is commonly used in antifreeze and as a solvent. Forthunately none of the toothpaste brands involved have had the American Dental Association Seal of Acceptance. The ADA Seal of Acceptance helps consumers make informed decisions about safe and effective products, such as toothpastes, toothbrushes and floss.
